These Terms of Use govern access to the Banagar Samaja Community Census & Support Network Portal. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the portal. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
The portal is meant for members and well-wishers of Banagar, Nagalik, Shimpi, Chippig, Rangari and related communities. Minors under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
Email verification is required. After that, an area admin reviews and approves your account before you can access member-only sections. Family, member, business, matrimony and society submissions also require admin approval before they are visible to others.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Do not upload false, offensive or copyrighted material you do not own. Do not use contact details obtained through the portal for spam, harassment or unauthorised marketing.
Community admins may approve, reject, edit or delete any submission or account to maintain accuracy and safety. Approval decisions are final within the community process. Admins act within their assigned district, taluk or area/city scope unless they are super admins.
You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. By submitting them, you grant the portal a non-exclusive license to display them within the community for the purposes described on this site. You can remove or update your content at any time.
You may not scrape, bulk-download, reverse-engineer or misuse the portal. You may not impersonate another person, post misleading matrimony or business listings, or use member data for commercial purposes outside the community.
Admins may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive. You may also request deletion of your account and all related data by contacting us.
The portal is provided 'as is' as a voluntary community service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific matrimony matches, business outcomes or the accuracy of every member-submitted detail.
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith discussion within the community elders and, if needed, the courts of Hubballi-Dharwad, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms of Use. The latest version will be posted on this page with the last-updated date. Please review it periodically.
